We proudly present our unique technique known as the "Glitter Gel Coat".
This method gives a deep, three-dimensional glitter finish, unlike the flat appearance of simply spraying glitter onto
a surface. What's more captivating about this finish is that the glitter is encapsulated behind a thick layer of transparent gel, resulting in a smooth and highly reflective surface.
The complexity of this method, however, lies in the reverse molding technique.
To achieve the desired result, our molds have to be flawless — a perfect mirror finish without any bumps or defects.
This meticulous precision is necessary because any imperfection in the mold directly affects the final product.
Unlike working with standard fiberglass, products formed using this technique emerge as the finished product; there's no room for post-production modifications.
A testimony to our expertise with the Glitter Gel Coat technique is our range of projects.
Noteworthy among them are our flawless circular ornaments, each spanning 218 cm in diameter, crafted as single pieces for straightforward installation. These ornaments were assembled in stacks of ten and adorned locations in Abu Dhabi. And let's not forget our glitter gel-coated reindeers, which added a touch of festive brilliance in Texas.
